The bathroom area is also under the roof, but without solid walls. This is an open-plan design that promotes a sense of closeness to nature. Mosquitoes are possible (we provide protection); harmless salamanders and spiders sometimes appear. There is no heating in winter.

Inside, there is a bedroom with a view of the skyline, a seating area, and thoughtful simplicity, where no element distracts from the main focus: light and air.
The bathroom area is under the roof, but remains open to the space, preserving the feeling of a private open-air. It's not just a functional place, it's part of an architectural design.

This is an open-plan design by the sea, offering direct contact with nature. The space is regularly serviced and kept clean, but it is important to take into account the peculiarities of the coastal environment. Also, since the space is open, you may hear the natural sounds of the surrounding environment.
Chao Cacao is not a traditional enclosed house; it is a conscious choice of proximity to the air, light, and horizon.
A place where the important things are said more quietly – but more profoundly
It is very important for us that you can rest comfortably with your pet, as your pet's happiness is to be with the owner and travel with them. We are confident that you are a responsible owner who knows and considers all aspects of traveling with a pet. However, for those who have recently acquired a pet and decided to introduce them to travel, we have compiled a small guide for living with a pet.
* Leaving the pet alone in the house without supervision is not allowed (this may cause stress for the pet, leading them to engage in mischief and chew on anything in sight).
* The pet sleeps in its own nest, which is recommended to bring along.
* Allowing the pet on beds and sofas is prohibited.
*Using towels and blankets as bedding for the pet or for drying paws is prohibited.
*Grooming is not allowed.
* Ensure that the pet does not disturb others.
The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage to the property in the house and on the premises and will compensate for the damage in full.

Guests have access to an outdoor bath with a unique sea view, a terrace where guests can have breakfast/dinner/drink coffee and prosecco, and an outdoor summer shower. Sea view from all points of the territory ❤️
