Regency apartment with roof terrace, 5 mins walk from the station and less than 10 minutes stroll to the beach.
The apartment is on the top floor with amazing light and views all over Brighton and Hove. You can see the sea on the horizon, the South Downs (including Devils Dyke), and even as far as Worthing Pier.
The apartment is split level and well appointed, including a large kitchen (which opens onto the terrace), bathroom, hallway with skylight and cool lounge. The bedroom is a good size, nice and light with a very comfortable bed. Towels are provided as is wifi. I don't have an TV in the apartment - i doubt you have come here to veg in front of the telly but if you have i would suggest you bring your laptop/ipad etc.
Location Location Location - The flat is located in a conservation area in the the 7 Dials area of Brighton. This means less than 5 minutes walk from the station, the same to the Lanes and about 10 minutes to the beach. If you want to stay local there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (there are details left in the apartment)
Just to confirm, this listing is to take the flat on a private basis. If you want to just book the bedroom and arent bother about sharing the flat with me, please visit my other listing to book: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/954806

This was the first time my partner and I had used (or even heard of this accommodation booking site) and what a delightful experience we had, for a very short notice, Valentine's weekend away.
Nigel gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival and even had a parking permit available to purchase (£5 for a day) as we, wrongly, assumed that parking would not have been a problem. The house rules were clear and we had a print out to refer to as well as a map of Brighton.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and retro in design. The location is very convenient for local shops, bars, restaurants and not too far from the beach. If we decide to venture back to Brighton again, I will definely see if Nigel's home was available before looking anywhere else. So much nicer than a normal B&B, Travellodge etc.
This is a really lovely flat, very central and beautifully laid out. The instructions were very useful (great advice on restaurants/things to do etc) and the welcome note on the fridge a nice touch! Nigel was very helpful throughout and I would thoroughly recommend this flat if you need somewhere to stay in Brighton.
Me and my friend stayed at Nigel's flat over New Years for 2 nights. The location is great- a few minutes walk away from the shops, lanes, pier etc on a quiet, residential road. The photos don't do the flat justice! Sound system is great, jack for your ipod etc Roof terrace was brilliant, big enough for a few people. Nigel was away during our stay so we met his sister Nicola at the station. Nigel kept in contact during our stay, really nice guy and thought of everything we could need - towels, loo roll, tea bags :) Would be happy to stay again .
We didn't get to meet Nigel in person but he communicated really well before we arrived.
The flat was beautifully furnished and decorated and the location was ideal!
Very highly recommended.
Nigel has a great flat in a fab location. It's a brief walk from the train station and was easy to find. The flat has lots of interesting decorations and the bedroom was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay thanks!
Nigel was very helpful. The apartment was exactly as described in a perfect location, I would definitely stay there again next time I stay in Brighton - perfect. Thanks Nigel.
Nigel's apartment was in a really good location just minutes from the station. We had a really lovely time and the apartment is very stylish and quirky. Would definitely recommend a stay. The roof terrace is a really nice touch.
We didn't get to meet Nigel but his sister Nicola was really helpful.
