Fabrizzio is a nice man, smiling, obliging, well-organized...I was been staying in a very quiet bedroom , on the back . The flat is near the town with the buses and tramways located before the Station of Trasteverre. Very convenient also if you have to reach the Fiumincino Airport. I spent here three pleasant nights...
It has been so nice to stay in Fabrizio's place! I really recommend him!!!
We had a nice stay at Fabricios Apartment, Fabrizio was very nice and assisting. He helped us with good information on what to do. I can really recommend this host!
The apartment was nice and clean, our room was fine. If you are sensitive to noise I would not recommend it as the street is quite frequented. The other room is much more quiet.
Breakfast is not included but there are fair prices if you want to have the stuff Fabrizio offers.
The location is very convinient especially if you come from Fiumicino Airport. Just hop into the train and hop out of it almost in front of Fabrizios Apartment. Everything is easy to access from here by Tram, Train or bus.
Fabrizio's house was nice and clean. Everything needed is available, the room was nice and spacious like the pictures show. Public transport is nearby (tram, train and bus) so it is easy to go to the city. Fabrizio was friendly and well reachable. He had at our arrival some nice tips for restaurants and places to visit. We can recommend his place to stay.
Great host, clear, confortable and gooood guy! Too near from Trastevere station, but little far from downtown Trastevere. I really reccomend!
Fabrizios apartment was perfect. Walking distance to the amazing center of Trastevere, as well as the tram, which takes you directly to the center of Roma. Fabrizio offered me loads of suggestions for restaurants and was super flexible with my arrival time. Grazie di nuovo, Fabrizio!!!!
Fabrizio was there to greet us when we check in and he made many good recommendations of places to eat (: He was very helpful in helping us get around too - alot of advice and tips! Furthermore his place is located quite well. He was also easily contactable which made things much easier. We enjoyed our stay at his place (: Thanks Fabrizio!
We were greeted with a smile and enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed at Fabrizio's place. Fabrizio was always friendly, respectful, and provided numerous recommendations to eat around the area. The apartment is beautiful with a comfortable bed and we really enjoyed the balcony. Short walk to nearby tram which will take you near the center of Rome. Check out "Pasta Pasta" restaurant across the street from the apartment.
Very friendly and helpful host, great location close to public transport.Sunday morning fabulous market right outside the house.very clean
We arrived to the apartment hoping to drop our bags, put in a quick load of laundry and head out for some sightseeing and were surprised to find that laundry costs 5 euros per load and we were expected to pay an additional 10 euros for a cleaning fee. These expenses are not unreasonable but would have been factored into our decision making about where to stay and we were not happy to be surprised. It was frustrating to find this out after we had already arrived, but I understand that it is because the proprietor is new to air bnb and I trust that by now he has (hopefully) fixed this problem and made it clear that laundry is not included and there is a 10 euro cleaning fee. I think that otherwise the proprietor is a friendly guy and this is a fine place to stay. It is super close to Trastevere train station (convenient if you are coming in or out from there) although not in the super cute and well known part of Trastevere, although just a 10 or so minute tram ride away from that neighborhood.
Close to the amenities on airbnb site there is a question mark, if you go on washing machine it says "paid or free" it means that you have to ask to the owner if you have to pay or not for this service. but hannah didn't do it so when she came gave the responsibility to me. dear hannah next time you travel 1) take more info, 2) take more money,3) try to be alittle more respectful and humble with people that you meet!!! hope that next guest will understand this words.
