Response from Corbin:

1-Bediing was too heavy for summer & uncomfortable to sleep on.

Response: In the walk-in closet we provide another set of comforters which are lighter in weight. The majority of our quests tell us that they wish they could take the bed home because it is so comfortable.

2-The bed is not a queen but more of a futon. My feet were hanging off the bed.

Response: The bed is a standard queen size bed(not the new hotel smaller queen size that the hotel industry has been changing to). The mattress length is 79" and I am 6'2" or 74" and my feet cannot reach the foot of the bed. Not sure how your feet were hanging off the bed. We do put large bed pillows on the bed against the wall which makes it more comfortable for watching TV for our quests and they all put the pillows on the shelving in the walk-in closet at bedtime.

3-Needs AC.

Response: There is AC. You just have to turn it on.

4-Fix electric outlet by lamp.

Response: The outlet has GFI protection which means that if it stops working you have to push in the reset button between the plug-ins. This is a safety requirement when the plug-in is within a certain distance of a refrigerator or water faucet.

5-Bedding was heavy & it was hot in the apartment. I can't believe no one said that.

Response: First of all they probably turn the air on and a number of our quests have used the lighter weight comforters provided in the closet. We also provide different size pillows in the drawers under the bed for those who want a larger size head pillow to sleep on.

Conclusion: As a host we try to make our quests feel comfortable in approaching us if they are having any issues and for them to know that we will do whatever we can to make their experience enjoyable!
