The Space

Recently renovated, Grace on Collins is a delightful 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Melbourne situated in the elegant 'The Mark' building on Collins Street.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The apartment is beautifully decorated to be 'a place to come home to'. It comprises of:

One Master bedroom with built in robes and a queen bed & one double room also with a queen bed & stand-alone wardrobe.Both beds/rooms sleep 2 people. The beds are beautifully dressed with high quality bedding and very comfortable mattresses.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people with a 2 night minimum stay.

The light bathroom has granite bench tops and is equipped with a hair-dryer, a closeted washer-dryer.

The open lounge has a comfortable 3 seater sofa and Ottoman. A flat screen TV and unlimited internet services are provided.
A glass dining table and 4 chairs also grace this open space.

The open kitchen with granite bench tops is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, sizeable fridge/freezer, hob, oven, kettle & toaster. All crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils supplied.

Bedlinen and towels are supplied to our guests for the duration of their stay and a weekly clean of the apartment is also included for long term guests.

The apartment has a sturdy ironing board, an effective iron and vacuum cleaner.

Heating and cooling systems, a video intercom into the building, security cameras in the building and a building manager are other additions to make your stay more comfortable.

The Apartment does not have free parking but there is plenty of on and off-street undercover parking on and around Collins Street.

Grace on Collins boasts a fantastic position on Collins Street, one of Melbourne's top end fashion and eateries strips.

As you walk out the main building of the apartment, the trams to transport you in and around Melbourne are just at your doorstep. The apartment is located in a very quiet part of the building and one experiences two worlds in leaving the building.

Grace on Collins is walking distance to most of Melbourne's major attractions which include, theatres, shopping, dinning, sightseeing, the Yarra River, China town and cultural (website hidden).Kilda Beach is 8km away!.

The Flinders Street train station is just a short stroll away. Trains from here get you in, around and out of Melbourne City.

Next door to the apartment building is notable Strozzi Cafe and the added bonus of a specialized supermarket. The General Supermarket is only a 400m walk round the corner.

  • Although I didn't personally get to meet Tracey, I found her very friendly and helpful over the phone. She provided clear instructions on what to do on arrival.

    The location is great. About 5-15 minutes walk to the shopping centres, China town, and a wide range of restaurant. It's about a 25 minute walk to Crown casino.

    The apartment was clean and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here on my next visit.

  • This apartment is in a great location. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had a minor problem with our check-in but Tracey handled it very well and we were in the apartment in no time. Check out was simple and Tracey was very accommodating when we needed a place to store luggage after check-out. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us and we would not hesistate staying here again next time we are in Melbourne. Thank you for your hospitality Tracey.

  • This apartment was perfect. It fit the 3 of us with no issues at all. The only issue was that the bathroom has no lock on the door so you have to trust your companions to not walk in while your in there.

    The location could not have been better. You are at most a 5 min walk from anywhere in the CBD.

    The apartment was clean and well organized and very spacious. Tracey was very accommodating host. She made check in and check out as effortless as possible.

    I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Melbourne.

  • I highly recommend everyone to book this apartment if you want to stay in Melbourne CBD. The location was very convenient! Close to many cafes/restaurants, shopping and a short walk to South bank and Crown casino. The apartment was clean and perfect for 4 people. Tracey was also very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely book with Tracey again.
