About this listing
Huge live/work loft in an historic converted textile building right on the border of the Los Angeles flower district and the fashion district. Mere steps away from all the fresh flowers and textiles your heart desires.
Plenty of space to stretch out and relax, or get some work done. There's also a big beautiful rooftop perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset.
Building is safe and secure via keypad access.
Fast wireless internet is of course provided.
The space features a queen sized bed with high thread count Egyptian cotton linens. There is also an oversized dining table big enough to entertain guests or work on projects that need a bit of room.
The building is populated by architects, photographers, motion graphics designers, and fashion lines and is very friendly without being obtrusive. The bathroom and kitchen are adjacent to the loft space itself. Secured parking is available and included in the price of the stay.
Chances are you're a decent, respectable human being. But just in case we are on different pages in life, here are the expectations during your stay:
Please don't have any parties. LA is a great city for enjoying nightlife, but there's no need to bring it back to the loft with you.
If you're of the cigarette smoking persuasion, there are a number of convenient areas a few steps away from the space that you'll find more than enjoyable.
If you need different check in or check out times, just ask in advance and we can discuss it. Chances are it's not a problem.
This IS Los Angeles, and we DO get requests for TV, Film and Commercial shoots. While we welcome filming, those arrangements are not made through Air BnB. If you're interested in utilizing this as a location for your project, please inquire and I can happily direct you to the appropriate agent.
Finally, be respectful of the space, your host, and the accoutrements that surround you. Air BNB may have insurance, but nobody wants to have to replace broken things or inquire about a missing possession. This is my home and studio, and I'm so glad to have you. Keep it in mind, as you're my guest.
