Your condo is not a hotel. It's residential. Parklands does not have staff onsite. You will have the common responsibilities of a renter and that's why you will sign a responsibility focused agreement that details your rental period, how many you booked for on AirBnB, and basic rules.
No smoking inside is permitted (unless you are outdoors with doors/windows closed, away from affecting others). No parties permitted either. All paid registered guests must be named with passport ID in the signed responsibility / rental agreement first before check in instructions are sent out and before the security clearance in issued. Visitors are not allowed in the complex or condo, but exceptions can be made on special request to Parklands.
Parklands Group will send a responsibility agreement to sign online with Adobe before check in. A sample of this agreement is available via email or online at Parklands site, if guest wants to see it before making an instant booking. Being an exclusive residential complex, renters need to be honest, transparent, and highly responsible. There is a 20% extra fee to pay (includes taxes, card and administration recovery costs) when signing the lodging services contract and before check in. This will be billed via after the lodging agreement is signed.
By booking via AirBnB, you show that you agree to this and also agree to communication via a possible combination of phone, text, Whats-app and email, but ONLY after making the initial base payment via AirBnB at which point mutual contact info is shared.
