About this listing
Located in Candler Park, considered by many to be one of the best neighborhoods in Atlanta! Two parks located a block away, with a bike path that extends all throughout the city. Three short blocks to Marta Station (the train that goes direct to and from the airport, downtown, etc.). Easy walking access to numerous restaurants, bars, gas station, liquor store and small and adorable local grocery store. Walking distance to Little Five Points, Atlanta's bohemian community known for independent theatre, fresh musicians in the best music venues and a fantastic array of boutiques and vintage stores! Somewhat unexpected and always memorable, it's a favorite of locals and visitors alike!
ALWAYS CLEAN, whether you book last minute or not. It's just the way I live! I have one sweet and friendly cat, that is outside half the time, so my apartment does not smell like a cat or a litter box!
Free highspeed wireless internet. There is not a TV in the room, but if you have a laptop I can give you the password to my Hulu account, which has countless television shows and some movies to watch online. The bed has a comfortable mattress with a down blanket. There is a laundry room in the complex with washers and dryers for $1.25 each, per load.
I love accommodating travelers of all sorts, probably because I love to travel myself and appreciate staying in interesting and welcoming places. Just let me know if there's any way I can make your stay and trip to Atlanta more pleasant! If there's anything specific you like for your coffee just let me know and I'll have it for you. Oh, and don't be surprised if you randomly find yourself hanging out with myself, and a friend or neighbor, having a blast!
No smoking inside. No pets allowed.
The apartment is really nice and it is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and in a walking distance from little five points.
Crystal was super easy to work with! She had excellent communication throughout the entire process and made my stay a breeze! The check-in process was no problem despite my late arrival. I felt right at home in her place as soon as I walked in the door. The room was exactly as described and was very clean. She had fast wifi and 4 great books on the desk in the room!
The neighborhood was very nice and easy to find. Parking in the complex was a little tight in some places with a bigger car that I had for work, but even that was no big deal!
Crystal's guide on the AirBnb page had some great recommendations as well. TWO Urban Licks and The Porter Beer Bar were both stellar! I had a very nice stay at her place and would certainly stay here again given the opportunity!
Crystal was a great host - communicative and clear. She also has great timing - she just happened to be driving by when I was hauling my suitcase up the road from the MARTA Station, stopped and gave me and my suitcase a ride. She even set me up with a tortilla for a light, late, dinner.
I didn't see any more of Crystal in person while I was there, but we kept in touch by email and she was very responsive when I had a question.
The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood, between two bus routes and about 10 minutes from the MARTA Station. It felt safe and was interesting, quirky and nice to walk through.
There are a couple of good restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner, and it's a short walk to the very funky Little 5 Points neighbourhood.
All in all, I had a great five days at Crystal's place. Thanks!
The apartment was very clean, located in a nicer suburb in Atlanta very close to some good eating spots.
Crystal was very nice, only met her once but she made me feel welcome.
Well appointed small apartment, everything expected provided
Crystal was super nice and communicated well. I ended up arriving earlier than I planned and she was able to accomodate that. Her apartment was neat and conveniently located - especially to the Little Five Points area. I'm glad I was able to stay here!
