This is a modern three bedroom one bathroom home. It is very clean, newly renovated with a modern touch. It has a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Bathroom has a shower and a tub. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds. We also have an office/bedroom that can be furnished with a very comfortable queen air bed upon request, or left as an office space. We also have a fully enclosed yard, and are across the street from the beach. We have two soft top surf boards available that are perfect for learning to surf and we live 5 minutes from a surf spot that is ideal for learning how to surf! We also have some snorkel masks and will provide soap, detergent, towels, shampoo and conditioner.
We also have a washer and dryer located in the home for your convenience. There is a bus stop 5 houses down that can transport you island wide.

Meg's house was very beautiful and clean.
Walking distance from the beach and quiet.
She made everything perfect for my trip!
I will defenatly come back!!!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more! We loved the design of the house and the convenient location to North Shore. There are some beautiful hiking trails very close to this house on homestead. We will book again if we are in Oahu. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.
This was a wonderful first experience on Airbnb. Meg was incredibly accommodating, and they have just about the perfect place that you could want to stay at in Hauula. We were honestly spoiled by their place.
Their surfboards are great for beginners and in wonderful shape. Same goes for their boogie boards and goggles and fins. It made it so easy for us to surf just a little bit north, to boogie board nearby, and to go snorkeling in Sharks Cove.
Their place is especially nice because it feels and is lived in. There are plenty of spices available if you want to cook your own meals, plenty of towels and blankets, and a solid selection of movies for the end of the day.
All of my interactions with Meg were incredibly pleasant, and I'm really happy we had the opportunity to stay in their place.
Meg's house is absolutely perfect. I stayed with just my boyfriend, but it would be great for a family. There's tons of space, all decorated in a clean, modern, beachy feel. You're close to everything you'd ever need, while still being secluded. Meg knew we were staying there for my thirtieth birthday and left the sweetest birthday card and little Hawaiian snacks for us. We had such a lovely, wonderful time. I'd highly recommend Meg's apartment to anyone!
This was a great place to stay, and we very much appreciated the PDF of activity and food suggestions in the area.
Meg was very gracious and helpful. Thanks so much! I loved the way the house was decorated - there was a lot of thought put in to making it original and artistic. The layout was also very easy to live in, especially with kids. Being so close to the beach was extremely convenient. It's definitely a mixed neighbourhood, so people should know to expect that.
Ever wonder what your life would be like if you had the perfect family, in a cute little home, decorated perfectly to your taste, just steps away from the beach? Well, now you can experience it.
I've stayed at maybe 6 or 7 places on airbnb, and this is the one that impressed me the most. Not because it's huge, or has tons of amenities, but because it's the most well-designed house I've seen so far.
It's impossible to describe the feeling you get, without actually being there, but you see little touches of dedication and hard work in every nook and cranny. It's a house full of love, and you really feel it while staying there. If you're the type that really appreciates the DIY approach to life, you'll love this place.
Only downside? A little far from the touristy stuff.
Still, after a 45 minute drive home from the other side of the island, I can't think of a place I'd rather stay.

I grew up in the mountains of Park City and now live by the ocean in Hawaii! I love my life here on this tiny island with my husband and two kids. We love to skate, surf, snowboard, hike, and spend time as a family. We also love to travel and see different parts of the world, by renting out our house here in Hawaii this becomes possible.
