Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful, and stylish space. Come enjoy this beautiful unit with a gorgeous upstairs balcony that over looks the canal. Sometimes you can even see manatees out there! Located less than 3 miles from Siesta Key beach. Paddle boards and kayak available for our guests to take out on the canal and enjoy the beautiful views. Boat rentals next door with discounts for our airbnb guests.

Upstairs unit, with an upstairs balcony. Views of the canal from your balcony. Unit has washer and dryer, also you have access to the garage for extra washer/dryer. There is another small garage with paddle boards and beach chairs for you to use. The deck with patio chairs has a grill that is all available for usage, and relaxing on. there are other units nearby on the same property take share the amenities.

There is also a launch ramp on our property and boat dock for anyone wanting to bring there boat or jetskis.

Other things to note
There is a boat ramp on the property where you can bring a boat or jet ski. If the boat is under 20ft the charge is $15 daily. If the boat is over 20ft the charge is $20 daily. This must be paid cash within the first day of arrival. 50% discount for stays of 7 days or more.
