Detached house on a 1000 m2 lot composed of a kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, an office to allow remote working, a reading area under the roofs, a shower room and a bathroom. There are tenants in the apartment located on the ground floor (apartment with its own entrance and independent of your accommodation). On the ground there is a swing, soccer goals and space to run! A haven of peace in the middle of the city!

The space
On level 1, the entrance welcomes you in warm tones with a library full of books and magazines! There is a large bright living room with a family sofa that can easily accommodate 5 people in front of the TV, around a glass coffee table that has seen a good number of aperitifs and TV trays. You have an independent kitchen with a large table (8 to 10 possible place settings). You then have two 12 m2 bedrooms with storage closets, a shower room and a toilet.
You then access via a landing room (special teleworking office) to the attic where there are two bedrooms each with a 140 bed and a bathroom with washing machine!
