The interior boasts a clean beachy vibe filled with Hawaiian colors and luxury decor. With an exquisite master suite, three large bedrooms upstairs, two large living rooms, and full kitchen, this house easily sleeps eight guests. Enjoy the comfort of a gated community but the freedom of the beach at your back door.

The space
The kitchen, living room, dining room(with access to pool and backyard), as well as the master suite are located on the first floor with the garage. The upper floor of the home boasts another living room, and 3 additional bedrooms. There are balconies off of two of the bedrooms with stunning views. Please enjoy paradise

Guest access
At this time the entire house is accessible except a closet in the master bedroom. There are personal items in the garage that are not to be used or moved please

Other things to note
We do have a waiver that will need to be signed at check-in. This releases us from any liability of accidents that may happen at the home, in the pool, on the beach or in the ocean located directly across the fence of the property. This keeps our home available for use. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful gated community in the most prestigious part of Kona. This is a sought after location to stay. It is quiet, beautiful, always manicured and clean. You will have privacy in the home and backyard but also walking distance from the ocean to enjoy with others. There is a community park across the fence of the community. You will not be disappointed.
