This apartment is literally located in the very heart of buzzy St Kilda with everything (yes everything!) right at your doorstep, with the added bonus of a super quiet and tranquil location!
Our apartment is located within walking distance of all the major attractions, and for travelling further afield, trams are a short stroll away, so getting around is a breeze!

This is a ground floor apartment with lift access from garage to apartment.
Garage parking entrance height limit 2.1 metres.
All our apartments and homes are located in residential buildings, and your neighbours are long term residents. Staying with us means you can live like a local! As part of that experience, we expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the property, and when in outside areas such as balconies, courtyards and common property areas. Noise from inside and outside the property must be inaudible by other residents between 10pm and 8am and at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their homes at all other times.
Parties, gatherings, functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
All our properties are STRICTLY NON SMOKING.
In the interest of being green, we ask guests to ensure that lights/heating/cooling etc., are switched off when not in property, and when checking-out. Excessive usage may be charged.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is up to 10am. Check in/out procedures are detailed via email once reservation is confirmed.
Any damages and/or losses to property or contents must be immediately reported to us via email. All damages and/or losses to property or contents are the express responsibility of the Guest making booking and any of the Guest's Invitees. So, you or your guests will be responsible and are obliged to pay for any damages and/or losses to property or contents.

The apartment was super comfortable, equipped with just about everything. Location was fantastic, with loads of cafes, eat-outs and bars nearby.
Frank and Vince made us feel very welcome in an email to us just prior to our arrival and explained very precisely how we could gain access to the apartment. We only contacted them once to ask for softer pillows and they provided them immediately.
The description of the apartment on the Airbnb website was very accurate. The accommodation is very comfortable from the settees/armchairs to the beds and bedding. The kitchen/laundry equipment is of a high quality.
The air conditioning is very effective.
The apartment block is clean and well looked after. The neighbours are quiet and friendly. It is well situated at the quieter end of St Kilda and opposite Albert Park where one can take a nice stroll around the lake. Good cafes and restaurants are on the doorstep as is a supermarket and the buses and trams stop almost outside the front door of the block of flats. Bustling Acland Street and the beach are a stone's throw away.
Overall it felt like home from home and very secure.
The instructions provided to check in and out were clear. They were flexible for check in and check out times. Apartment was modern and clean and exactly as shown in pictures. Neighborhood was pleasant with numerous cafés, a park and st kilda beach within easy reach.
It's a beautiful Apartment close the St. Kilda Beach. Also to the chapelstreet isn't it far.
I can recommend it and next Time i Would go there again.
Absolutely excellent Apartment - perfect location, nicely furnished and well appointed. Apartment is lovely and clean - can be a little dark due to the nature of the building but the benefit of this is that it is extremely quite - extremely! Frank and Vincent were a pleasure to deal with and we're always quick to respond - looking forward to booking again in a few weeks!

Walk along the St Kilda Foreshore and take in the sea air, beautiful vistas, lovely little coffee spots and relax.
This is a must see. All the Fun of the Fair all year round! Big Dipper, lucky dips, ghost train, dodgem cars. Wow!
The view of St Kilda from the end of the pier is truly sublime. The city skyscrapers look amazing with all the moored yachts and boats in the foreground. Stop here for coffee and cake and enjoy!
