Marcoola is a quiet little township, minutes walk to beach, coffee shops and within easy access to the major attractions of the Sunshine Coast such as Noosa, Coolum and Mooloolaba. The house is situated only five minutes drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport.
Cycle many bike tracks or simply walk the beach or scale Mount Coolum. Short drive to fabulous golf courses of Coolum and Twin Waters. And don't forget the beautiful Hinterland towns of Maleny and Montville.
Welcome to our beach house situated in quiet area only a few minutes' walk to Marcoola Beach.
It has two bedrooms with queen beds, one with on-suite, plus single bedroom and extra bathroom. There are two sitting areas inside, and a back verandah for relaxing, and taking in the leafy garden and birdlife.
Washing machine and washing line available; all linen supplied, including beach towels. There is basic outdoor shower for when you come back after the beach.
Kitchen facilities include stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, as well as Weber BBQ on back verandah.
There are two cafes within five minutes' walk, and a shop with basics, including newspapers.
The house is surrounded by leafy and tranquil gardens and has minimal traffic.

Access to beautiful beaches and proximity to some of the best facilities of the Sunshine Coast whilst being away from major tourist hub. Plenty of walking, riding and golfing experiences at hand.
The house has a single car garage and car hire is available at Maroochydore airport and various other places.
Back yard is fully fenced and protected by garden and trees. Front is not fenced but hidden from street by garden. Small pets may be allowed on

Please fill the birdbath with a bucket of water from time to time and be rewarded by an abundance of bird life.
We enjoy travel and golf, and walking or bike riding most days. Our recent trips to France and Morocco, where we took in the sites, sounds and smells of various cities, was fabulous, but we always love returning to the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
We are new hosts to Airbnb but we are confident our house will provide an opportunity to relax and explore the many aspects of living on the Sunshine Coast.
