The space
Great location. Enjoy the sunset from your lanai on the pool or in the spa and with the great view of the long canal in front of the home

Guest access
Guests can use the entire house, except the master area, which is on the other side of the home. Access will be grantded throuh door code after booking

Pool Heater Disclaimer:
Pool heating is provided as an amenity and is weather-dependent. During colder periods, pool temperatures may not reach a suitable swimming temperature, even when the heater is operational. Temporary outages or repair delays DO NOT constitute grounds for refunds.
During holiday or peak seasons, immediate repair service may not be available despite best efforts. Refunds for amenity interruptions, if any, are limited to the affected days only and shall be proportional in the range of 5 – 10% of the rent per day paid.

Electricity is NOT included in the rent and will be charged to the guests after their stay. The power meter will be checked during arrival and deparure and electricity used will be charged at a rate 0f $0.20 / kw used
