Charming historic bungalow in Ridgway town center. Newly renovated to create a modern, comfortable, sunny mountain home. Enjoy views of Courthouse from the private flagstone patio. The house allows for privacy and gathering with friends / family. Large fenced-in yard. Short walk to Ridgway restaurants, brewery, cafes, antiques, public library, grocery store, hardware, bike path and Uncompahgre River valley, beautiful town park with playground, mature cottonwood trees, and summer farmer's market.
The house is most comfortable for 4 adults / children. We are willing to consider larger groups for an extra charge. We have a 3-night minimum stay. Please note that we can't accommodate last-minute requests: please book at least 7-10 days in advance of your visit.
Two bedrooms have full-sized beds with full closets. A third master bedroom has a queen bed with full closet. Master bedroom opens to private back porch. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with radiant floor heat, tiled showers (2) and bath (1). Enclosed sunporch and two generous cushioned window seats for lounging. Tastefully renovated kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Cozy high efficiency forced-water radiator system on multi-zoned system, plus gas Malm stove for chilly nights.
All that the San Juan mountains have to offer are right outside the door. Easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, walking, swimming, shopping and exploring. 30 minutes drive from Montrose, 20 minutes to Ouray, 45 minutes to Telluride, with its world-class skiing and shopping.
Nightly, weekly, and monthly rates available. Additional security deposit (refundable), cleaning fee (non-refundable) and local taxes will be added to total rental fee. We have a 3-night minimum stay.
The house has a full rental guide with all wireless passwords, instructions for garbage, recycling, etc. plus local recommendations. Our friendly and professional local contact will supply keys, answer any additional questions, and help with any emergencies, should they arise.
