This spacious home offers an amazing getaway that is on 4 acres, has a pool table, theater TV, salon, firepit, frisbee golf, fishing and picnicking by the river. Amazing Sunrises! The luxury of feeling away from it all while being minutes to Restaurants, local night spots, Ole Oak barn, Cotton Press, Lake Murray, USC and Columbia! The River Retreat feels like you are in the mountains in the midlands as the house sits atop a hill overlooking the sweeping broad river.

This spacious house has all the comforts of home. We have tried to think of all the little details from cooking supplies to a first aid kit to fun quirky things that make our place a unique unforgettable experience.

Inside Fun- Pool table, Hookey game, Game closet with lots of games and puzzles, Guitars to play, Arcade games, GIANT Theater TV (86 inches, over 6 feet wide!), Salon for getting ready fun, toy basket for small children, Books, Mural for viewing and taking lots of cute pictures :)

Outside fun- Frisbee golf, picnic table, fire pit, grill, huge field, huge 10 ft table to dine, multiple porches to relax and take in all the river views and wildlife (you may even spot an eagle!)
