We are generally quiet people and respectful of people's privacy. We appreciate those who can reciprocate. Since more than one bedroom is available and that the hosts are there: if guests are going to arrive late (after an evening out), we only ask of them that they respect the others that may be already in bed.
We had a wonderful time at Anders & Marie-Claude's amazing home. The location was great for us being close to Olympic Stadium (FIFA world cup), walking distance to the Metro, and with off street parking (a rarity in Montreal). Anders and Marie-Claude were great hosts, very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting to them about our plans/trip and everything. Pity we didn't have more time to enjoy just relaxing in the house.
Marie-Claude & Anders are very friendly and they live in a beautiful house. The neighborhood is quiet and it is an easy walk to the Olympic Park and Biodome. Montreal is a very nice city and with the Metro you can conveniently travel to Old Montreal and the downtown area. The room was perfect and the bed super comfortable. I stayed with my daughter and she also loved the place. The books in the room are awesome; I could have stayed all day just reading and relaxing in their beautiful house and garden. Thanks so much.

We share a number of passions, one of which is for restoring the house we live in. We both love the 60's era and our bungalow, which was build in 1962, has been our project for the last 7 years. We intend to bring out the best of that time while trying to bring it up to the 21st century comfort.
We both have travelled a fair bit, lived abroad, and so travelling and meeting new people is very much part of our life. We have friends all over the world and from all over the world.
