  • We had a wonderful long weekend in Montreal, enjoying the city as well as the amazing accomodation and the great hospitaly of Marie Claude and Anders. If you get the chance you just have to stay with them in their very special 60s house. We will be back for sure.

  • We stayed for 2 nights over the Christmas break and had a great time In Montreal. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer and informative of what to do and where to go. Their house is just so cool and set up to entertain or kick back if you like. Location was right near the Olympic stadium and nearby park that we went snow-shoeing through while lots of other folks where doing the same or cross-country skiing past a large ice-skating rink.
We shared a delightful evening and dinner with our host the second evening at a local Indian restaurant. As has been the case with every host we have stayed with, soon we where like old friends and so at ease. Marie-Claude & Anders have a delightful home with plenty amenities to enjoy, love that bar for the after dinner wind down. When we go back to Montreal we look forward to staying again with them. We hope that they visit us in the future.

  • This spontaneous trip up north was home to another hidden gem.. Anders & Marie have an amazing house and the photos do it no justice. Extremely short stay, didn't get to enjoy the private movie theater but next time. Anders was very welcoming and the house is very spacious, parking not an issue.

Just a 20 minute drive to the great Notre Dame Basilica (good luck with parking there!)

Hurry up and Book your trip! Ask for a tour of the house, you won't regret it.

  • The stay was too short with Marie-Claude and Anders. They set us up with a restaurant reservation that was spot-on for what we needed and then they helped us navigate a stay in the city and find food for breakfast and lunch at local 'must-sees.' My wife and I had a great stay.

  • Really cool unique midcentury house in a quiet neighborhood north of Parc La Fontaine -- we loved the French style breakfasts that Marie-Claude sets out and touring around the house with Anders. Lola the dog gives a friendly greeting when coming home late. We would definitely stay again.

  • We had such a short trip in Montreal, we've stayed at Marie-Claude & Anders house only one night. It has made all the difference to be so welled received! The house was quite but funky and we were a sad not having time to enjoy it more. We do recommend Marie-Claude & Anders was guest and this beautiful 60th bungalow. If you have the chance to go there during summer, you’ll certainly enjoy the pool and the garden. Thank You!

About
She is an Interior Designer. He is a computer engineer and Studio Owner. They have a dog named Lola. We share a number of passions, one of which is for restoring the house we live in. We both love the 60's era and our bungalow, which was build in 1962, has been our project for the last 6 years. We intend to bring out the best of that time while trying to bring it up to the 21st century comfort. Our house is built to host people: we have a pool and plenty of people come in the summer to enjoy it. We have a movie theatre and lots of room to entertain our guests. We both have travelled a fair bit, lived abroad, and so travelling and meeting new people is very much part of our life. We have friends all over the world and from all over the world.
