Guest access
We provide private keyless entry through a guest access code. Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked space under the house and the locked owner’s closets.
A digital guidebook will be provided upon booking to help you explore all that Pawleys Island has to offer.
Other things to note
**ABSOLUTELY NO PETS AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING. (If you smoke in the house or on the porch you will be charged $750 Ozone Fee.)
**Children under the age of 14 must be supervised when using the pool.
**Must climb stairs to reach first floor of property.
**NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc.
Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
