Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home, including private fenced-in backyard and driveway access for vehicle parking.
Instructions for home entry will be provided to you before your stay!
Other things to note
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am out of respect for our neighbors.
- The large walk-in closet is off the downstairs bedroom (two full beds). This makes a great spot to set up a crib for the little travelers, as the door can be closed and it provides a dark/quiet room for them to sleep.
- Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. These activities are allowed outdoors, but please keep the doors and windows shut to keep the smell outside the home.
**Fines of $250 for smoking/vaping indoors will be imposed for any violations**
- We are not able to accommodate your furry friends, so we ask that you please leave them at home with a sitter.
- Our trash collection day is Monday. If you are staying on Sunday night, it would be a huge help if you could roll the bins to the street for Monday's collection.
- We have one brown recycling bin (Please ensure to only place recyclables in this bin) and two green trash bins.
- If you have a maintenance request, please let me know. If it is urgent, we can coordinate their services around your schedule.
