Our properties are privately owned homes, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Hot tub, ect.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we do everything in our power to address functionality issues as quickly as possible , we cannot offer refunds - full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. Thank you for your understanding!
This property is located in a residential neighborhood and it's important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. Therefore, we ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 11:00PM and 8:00AM. It's also important to us to note that being in a residential neighborhood you may hear residents out mowing their yards, grilling, hosting family gatherings and/or weddings as there is a wedding venue nearby (The 5th Quarter).
Please also remember that this is a private home, not a hotel. We provide a starter package of toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, splenda, creamer, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and some cleaning supplies. However, this will most likely not last for your entire stay and you are responsible for providing the remainder of supplies. Please also keep in mind that we will address repairs to the best of our ability, so please remain in touch with your Guest Contact about any issues that arise and any damages that may occur. The home will be inspected upon your departure and any damages or missing items noted will be noted and you will be charged for the immediate repair/replacement.
