In order comply with Buena Park city ordinance, this space is cohabitated with the owner (myself) in a third private bedroom. I will be on premise as I work from home as an engineer. Short term rental license number: STR23-0004. This Suburb house is walking distance to Knotts Berry farm and a 5 minute drive to Disneyland! This listing includes 2 private rooms (With Queen sized bed) and a private bathroom as well as a living room. Jacuzzi amenity included.

Please note garage and host room is alarmed and offlimits. The laundry machines are located in the garage, however if you would like to use the washing machine, I would be happy to temporarily open the garage for you to do laundry. Please note that this option would only be available while I am on premise as I would need to be on the local network to be able to disable the alarm.

During your stay
I am cohabitating the property to comply with Buena Parks city ordinance that requires the owner to cohabitate the premises. For the most part I will be on the premise as I work from home from that third room. If you need anything I will be in the room or nearby where I can help. please communicate to me via the app.

I provide the code for entry at noon the day of check-in to consider any guests I may still be hosting.
