The space
We will welcome you at the foot of the Tower, in a renovated farmhouse to which I am particularly attached to. Already my paternal grandparents house, where my dad and his brothers have spent their childhood and a site of happy memories for me and my cousins when we were gathering together to play and enjoy plates of handmade tagliatelle for Sunday lunch!
There is available a convenient parking, the ability to reach the Tower on foot and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio at sunset...!
That's it, we look forward to meeting and welcoming you in the ROERO!
See you soon!

Other things to note
Roero is a land of a thousand faces, thousand different landscapes; contrary to what happens in the Langhe area where the sweet hills are home to most vineyards, in the Roero area, you will find a much larger variety of crops due to the different composition of the soil, so you can find woods, vineyards, orchards and fascinating fortresses (Rocche).
The Rocche del Roero are a geological phenomenon of erosion that has given rise to real canyons over one hundred meters deep. There are extraordinary view points that at sunset are tinged with an unmistakable bright red.
The best way to discover the Roero is exploring its nature trails on foot or by bike (www.ecomuseodellerocche.it)
Roero is also a land of great wines; sandy hills offer white wines as Roero Arneis and Langhe Favorita, rich in fruity and flower notes, good freshness and minerality, while on the clayey and limestone hills we grow important Barbera d'Alba doc and the Roero docg.
Steep valleys become fragrant orchards: the Peach from Canale, the "Madernassa" pear, strawberries of Sommariva Perno and, scattered here and there, small productions of fine honeys. The great Salsiccia di Bra (Bra sausage www.salcicciadibra.it ) and the Tinca di Ceresole (Tench of Ceresole http://www.fondazioneslowfood.com/en/slow-food-presidia/ceresole-dalba-tench) complete the picture of the food production.
24 countries make up the Roero and it is in Corneliano d'Alba that we offer you our B&B, in a small village about 8 km from Alba, a strategic point to visit both the Langhe and the Roero areas.
Corneliano develops along the slopes of the Riddone river Valley, approx. 200 m above sea level, it offers all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay: bars, taverns, shops, a pharmacy, playground for children, possibility to take a walk down to the base of the Tower, the only example of dodecagonal tower that still exists in Piedmont; you can admire 7 churches (the main one is in Piazza Cottolengo), several pylons and chapels and the arch that was the gateway to the old town.
Please no smoking in the house.
Please, leave the house as you found it

Ciao sono un architetto e mi piace stare in compagnia, uscire con gli amici, fare sport e viaggiare. Adoro fare lunghe passeggiate per i sentieri del Roero. Sarò lieta di ospitarti a casa mia.. A presto!
