Aida was hospitable and showed us some of the features of the home. She also left supplies for breakfast. The house is an architectural gem remodeled to four half floors. The living room is on the bottom floor, a TV room is on the middle floor, the front door is located on a small hall way and the bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor. Not a place for someone who can’t walk stairs. The location is wonderful with buses going to town and a lot of the places of interest without having to change buses. There are two grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. Extremely modern, light and pleasantly unusual. There is a terrace garden that is out of the wind and pleasant to sit in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower in the bathtub but no place to leave any personal items except a small rim on the sink. The toilet is on the bottom floor which is a long trek from the bedroom on the top floor – all the stairs are intimidating at night. There are many skylights which make the rooms light but also trap an extraordinary amount of heat. The temperature were unusually high for Dublin and the top floor remained too warm until late in the night. Unfortunately the skylights make the bedrooms very bright until late at night and early in the morning. There is no closet space which is very inconvenient for a stay of more than a couple of days. There are also no drawers or shelves to put out personal items without rearranging some of Aida’s things.

Aida's place is lovely! Easy access by bus or walking to center city but near a nice park with playground, a few restaurants and grocery stores. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and having only the one full bath in total was fine...Highly recommended!

Aida was waiting for us, even when were coming with delay. She gave us all kind of information about the house and the surroundings. she was really very nice and everything was easiest with her explanations. She left also some food in the fridge and fruit ( delicious oranje juice). The house is great. It has a beautiful design, a lot of space inside and there is a garden. In the sécond floor you have 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. everything is very clean. The access to city center is easy and quick with the bus (10 minutes). Neighbourhoud is ok, there is a park close ro the house and you can go walking or running beside the river and reach the beaches in a very nice walk. So, my family and me had a great stay in Aidas house and we thanks her for her kindness and hospitality.

Aida was a delightful hostess and the apartment was exactly as described. Our flight was three hours late yet she waited for us and gave us a complete orientation. Everything we need for breakfast for week was ready and waiting for us. The apartment was spacious, sunny and bright and the location was very convenient to Dublin. Would definitely recommend Aida and her home to anyone looking to be in Dublin.
