Aida's place is really cozy and well designed. We really had a good time there.
Aida was a great host - communication was great, she left fruit and breakfast foods and had even done some research as to which was the best bus to take for our purposes.
The house itself is very nice - architecturally interesting, spacious, very clean, very light and with everything you would want during your stay. It's a very very easy 10minute bus ride from the city centre and there are also shops and pubs all within a few minutes walk. Having spent nearly a week here, I would certainly stay here again, and have no problem recommending this place to others.
Rosie and I stayed five nights at Aida’s Leinster Avenue apartment and enjoyed it immensely. Aida first took care that we understood how everything worked and where they were.
We were pleasantly surprised that she provided us with eggs, bread, fruit and cheese to provide for breakfast for the entirety of our stay (and fresh ground coffee too). She also left us a bottle of very nice red wine.
The house itself was quite comfortable and we spend several hours in the living room relaxing and listening to our music on player.
The kitchen was sunny, even when it was cloudy—because of the skylight, and the back wall of the house was almost all glass and gave the place a feeling of being outdoors in her garden.
The bedroom was so comfortable that we sometimes did not leave the house until late in the afternoon.
There is a nice Italian restaurant a five minute walk from the house which she recommended and directed us to. We recommend it as well. The tables there are close together and we had some very nice chats with other vacationers as well as Dubliners who we think are some of the friendliest people in the world.
The house is well located, with bus service to city center about every five minutes. We also walked home one night from city center in about 40 minutes (it would have been less time, but we got lost once or twice). Plus, taxis are easy to flag down on Strand, a half minute away.
Aida is a very charming and helpful Frenchwoman busy acquiring Irish roots, and her house is also charming, well located and comfortable.

Aidas place is fantastic! Is located on nice street, with a beautiful private garden and a modern interesting interior. We were six persons living there for three nights and we hope more people will visit this lovely home. Aida is a perfect host!
It was a pleasure to stay in this house! I would surely recommend it! It is both beautiful and original!
My family and me had a wonderful time at Aida's house. Aida is a perfect host. She welcomed my Mum with a bottle of red wine for her 60th birthday and gave us a lot of information about the city, public transportation and spots to see in Dublin. The recently renovated house is great! Very stylish interior and furniture, daylight everywhere. Nice terrace and garden where you can relax and enjoy your Bushmills at night. Perfect location, the bus stop is just around the corner, 10 min to city center. The next supermarket is only a 5 minutes walk away .
We spent a week in Aida's house in Dublin. We loved the design of the house (especially all the natural light) and found it very comfortable for two people. It's a pleasant 30 minutes or so walk into the city centre and we appreciated the parking for our rental car. Aida provided lots of thoughtful touches (tourist brochures, breakfast and some additional food) and was great to deal with.
We were six people staying and we were very happy with the place.
I would recommend it to others.
