Centrally located, it's a quick walk to nearby waterfront restaurants, Main street shops, the NYC bus stop and the town beach. Passes provided. Lakefront access from the property with a dock to bring or rent a boat. If non motorized vessels are more your speed, kayaks and SUP's are on site for paddling in the calm waters of our no wake zone. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, yoga room w/hammock, office, living room, kitchen, patio and fire pit in back yard, front porch seating, deck w/outdoor sectional, shade screen and dining table. Lake views, lake access w kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats, free dock for your own boat, beach passes, beach towels and chairs.

Across the street launch dock on the lake. Access to 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 2 paddle boats and flotation vests.
