The space
Welcome to Banyan House & Cottage, your private historic retreat in the heart of Uptown St. Pete. This expansive property functions as a boutique micro-resort, featuring four stylish units perfect for large groups, family reunions, and corporate retreats. This exclusive booking includes the entire property.

Banyan House (Main Home)
This spacious and elegant home is split into two levels, offering flexibility and privacy.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a large sofa and a 50-inch TV.
Downstairs: 2 expansive king master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a large chef’s kitchen, and an additional dining space.

Banyan Cottages (Guesthouses)
Two creatively designed, eclectic cottages provide additional private space.
Artist’s Way & Hello Dali: Each unit has 2 cozy queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen-living area. The 'Hello Dali' cottage is inspired by St. Pete’s famous museum, immersing you in surrealist vibes with bold colors.

Events & Gatherings: We may allow small events with prior approval. Please contact us before booking to discuss your plans, as permits and additional fees may apply. Unauthorized events can result in immediate cancellation and additional charges being assessed to your booking.

Florida Environment: Please be aware that encountering pests like mosquitoes and lizards is a natural part of the Florida environment, especially in summer. Our properties are professionally serviced monthly to ensure your comfort. Seeing a dead bug is a sign the pest control is working. We take great pride in our high standards of cleanliness.

Security: For your safety and to ensure compliance with house rules, security cameras are located in the exterior common areas of the property. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees or fines.

We are family run business who come from a long line of worldwide traveling family members and once that bug has bitten you, it can never be cured…thankfully! Needless to say, we are carrying on the tradition and are blessed to have, and still be, traveling the world extensively! Traveling expands your horizons in a way that nothing else can, we have come to note that as vast and as beautifully stunning our world is, we are desperately failing at keeping our magnificent planet that way for future generations to come One commonality amongst us as a family, is that we realize that we want to and CAN, make a difference in some small way through our business….and so, Vacation With A Purpose was born We have themed almost all of our units, each time a guest stays with us we are able to take a portion of that income and donate to a cause that’s related to that property. As an example, In our Artists Way, downtown St Pete, our donation goes toward the Autism project. If you happen to choose our Sunset Beach location, we support the Surfriders Association and so much more... We are passionate about helping others and helping to heal our planet and we hope that you will feel that way, knowing that you too have contributed, all while having a fulfilled vacation…with a purpose!
