Welcome to our *newly renovated* house, called 'Zerohouz'. This 100 yr old bungalow has been transformed into an eco-friendly paradise with all the comforts of a luxury home - all designed by me!

Snuggle up next to the electric fireplace with a warm cup of coffee, roast marshmallows on the fire pit under the twilight, take a midday nap in the hammock chair surrounded by beautiful succulents, and live the California dream.

If you ever wondered what it’s like to live large in a small house, this is your chance! Proceeds from your stay will go directly towards making ZEROHOUZ the first net zero emissions house in the area.

The entire house will be yours, including the patio with swing chair, daybed, string lights and a firepit. The property has a beautiful garden full of succulents, tropical plants, and even a guava tree. In this house you can connect with nature while still being ten minutes away from all the attractions that Long Beach has to offer.

This is a tiny 500 SF house, and as such, everything is smaller. I've furnished my house with the desire to have all the luxuries of modern living while living small. This means:

Two Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc
Work desk for home office, and high speed 400mbps internet 📺
Designer Kitchen 🧑‍🍳
State of the art brand new Bosch and Miele appliances for your cooking adventures 🥘
Luxury rainfall showerhead and a bidet on toilet 🚿
A combo washer/dryer machine for light laundry loads 🧺
Popcorn maker for movie nights 🍿
Outdoor dining table and chairs for alfresco dining ☀️
Drought tolerant garden with a guava tree (yes, please help yourself to some guavas :) )
