Our stay in Rome was everything I could have hoped for. Armando was a very accommodating host. We informed him last minute that we were going to be a few hours late for check-in, which was no issue at all for him. In addition there was a complimentary wine bottle and small grocery bag with the essentials to make breakfast and lunch (not that you'll need to in tasty Rome). The apartment itself is situated in the heart of Trastevere right in between the two John Cabot University buildings, meaning that there is a very young vibe to the neighborhood. All the touristy sites are within a half walk from the apartment. It's safe to say that if I ever need a place to stay in Rome, Armando's is where I'll be.
Armando's House Loft Rome 3 WITH TERRACE!! was the most excellent choice in Trastevere. Amazing location close to the river, Piazza de Renzi (and the magnificent Da Augusto restaurant), Basilica di Santa Maria and the tram/bus lines. The best location in Trastevere.
The apartment itself was so good. Very clean, stylish, beautiful and with a comfortable bed. Great views to the roofs and a nice terrace.
Armando was a very friendly host. He provided everything we needed, great tips and even a welcome gift bag (!). Thanks so much for having us! We will come back!
The flat was in a great location and worked very well for our group. We had three people and it was a little tight but for the most part was great. The neighborhood is very lively at night and there is a lot of noise of the street.
We stayed at Armando's House Loft in Rome and enjoyed is so much! It is perfect little flat in the lovely neighbourhood Trastevere. It is in walking distance to almost all of Rome’s major sights and fantastic squares. A very clean and perfect place for a visit in Rome - we would definitely come back. Armando is a great host and we felt very much welcomed and well received in Rome. Armando is friendly and kind and very helpful when exploring Rome. His is a perfect host.
We stayed for 7 days in Armandos nice appartement in a really lively part of Trastevere. Armando was a very kind host. He stayed in contact to me and asked sometimes whether it's all ok. It was no problem to find the appartement and to meet him for the keys. The room is small but large enough for two people. After we passed the some messy staircase it was very clean and tidy. The bathroom is nice and the warm water was enough for an extended shower. The kitchen is very small but maybe it's a better idea to take your dinner in one of the many surrounded restaurants. The quarter of Trastevere offers many chances. Good restaurants, good bars and clubs. It's not too touristic and the people are warm and friendly. But if you looking for a real quiet place without any voices in the street at night, without the sound of the normal italian life like scooters and people in the streets than you have to look for another quarter in rome. We enjoyed it!!
