Showcased in the Modern Home tour of Portland, this newly built ADU is the amazing creation of Portland architect Webster Wilson. A private, airy and elegant oasis set in urban Portland. A glass house with intentional frosted glass to ensure privacy. Escape and experience the elegant grace of this unique guesthouse. Threading the needle of a city lot, the Kenilworth House lives along side a 1905 Victorian, where the host resides.

The space
The Kenilworth House lives larger than its 736 square footprint and is appointed intentionally and artfully. Bedrooms have Tuft and Needle mattresses and 600 thread count sheets to encourage a restful stay. The building is flooded in natural light with huge windows show casing the large Ash tree in the backyard patio. Thoughtful frosted windows to ensure privacy whilst maintaining a glass house feel. Wonderful open dining space and patio, perfect for gathering and sharing a meal. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials, high end appliances and table for 8. The house is perfectly located for visiting Reed families and cafes are blocks away. The entrance is ADA accessible, lipless shower and grab bars with shower bench built to accommodate all. The design is clean, simple and elegant. Set in an urban environment, nestled amongst neighbors but private, secure and quiet.

Guest access
Full access to private patio off sliding glass doors and the paver patio. The area east of the fence is the owners patio. ADA accessible entrance, no step, park right by door. Gated fence to ensure property privacy and security. Park in driveway and walk in.

Other things to note
Due to Health and safety concerns: We do not allow pets of any type- including assistance animals. We have guests who rely on our ADU being allergy and dander free, as well as people in our family with pet allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

Cost: Airbnb charges a 15.5% fee, which is included in the nightly rate. Portland and Oregon charge hotel and tourism taxes of 18.2%.
We charge $135 for the cleaning fee, even though our cleaners charge $165. We do the cleaning ourselves mostly, that way we can keep prices low.
