  • Luxurious place! Very central location! Kids loved XBox and Apple TV. Would stay again.

  • Fran's home is in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to the art galleries on Canyon Rd and to the square downtown. The neighbor hood is quiet and peaceful. The home looks just like the pictures. It is very modern, yet cozy, with plenty of pinyon wood for the kiva fireplace. We comfortably stayed with our two children, but it would also be perfect for two couples. There are two lovely patio spaces and the kitchen is fully stocked. We would highly recommend this home to others and would definitely come here again.

  • This is a beautiful house in a great location. Fran is helpful and responsive and we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this lovely place.

  • We had a great stay at Fran's place in Santa Fe - place was quiet and conveniently located. A big plus was the interior decor / all appliances, furnishings/decor and even books about the house were high end - beds were so comfortable!!
I would recommend you plan your move-in during daylight hours, Fran gives good directions, but there's not a lot of extraneous outdoor lights around house - - house number, door lock, etc. can be a challenge when you arrive at night.
Would definitely recommend her place to my friends!

  • This home was the perfect place to spend a family weekend before sending our children off to college. Fran did an excellent job of communicating and answered all of our questions promptly. We walked to downtown every night for supper and felt supremely well-located. The King bed in the master BR deserves 5 separate stars - a DREAM. Best Airbnb experience yet!

    June 2013
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fran’s beautiful home. It is beautifully decorated in Santa Fe style and had everything we needed. Fran responded immediately to any questions we had and was a delight to work with during our vacation.

  • There is nothing else to say about Fran's house in Santa Fe except that it is wonderful. If you have a choice, stay here - quiet, spaious, clean, comfortable, downright luxurious, with a great location.

    May 2013
  • Fran Maier's home in Santa Fe is a gem. Very comfortable, extremely well equipped, quiet and peaceful, and yet close to Canyon Road district and Downtown Subscription (our favorite local coffee shop, with a thousand magazines). We would go back in a heartbeat.

    April 2013
  • Fran was a fantastic host! We arrived in Santa Fe to an impeccably decorated and comfortable home. It's a great location and a quick walk to the central square and also Canyon Road. We appreciated Fran's suggestions for things to do in the area. She also provided a detailed map that helped us navigate the area. The small touches were really special, including super soft linens and coffee/dry goods in the kitchen. We felt at home and can't wait to come back to Santa Fe. You better believe that we'll stay at Fran's home again!

I'm a Bay Area Internet Entrepreneur and Marketer serving as board advisor to a range of small companies and non-profits. I enjoy meeting new entrepreneurs and business people as well as tourists and work hard to be sure everyone has a positive experience. My two homes are both in cities named by the Spanish for Saint Francis of Assisi: San Francisco and Santa Fe (Santa Fe's full name is La Villa Real de la Santa Fé de San Francisco de Asís (“The Royal Town of the Holy Faith of St. Francis of Assisi”). My primary home is in Potrero Hill in San Francisco. I love the home's gardens and fantastic views which you can see from five different patios or decks. My guests enjoy the combination of luxury and elegance with comfortable charm. My second home, primarily a vacation home, is in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where I grew up. This home is truly "Santa Fe Style" with vigas (ceiling beams), Kiva fireplace, wood floors and thick adobe walls. The setting is spectacular in the heart of old Santa Fe with easy access to the museums, art, hiking trails, and plaza.
