Pagus Malvano is a recently renovated agritourism, is in the middle of a historical middle age area, between the ancient towns of Montefalco, Todi and Bevagna, on the fascinating hills of the Sagrantino Wine Road, and among oak woods and wellspring small lakes. The premises have 7 apartments with living room and kitchen and five big double bedroom. Every accommodation ha its own bathroom, heating, wi-fi and tv, and are furnished with the typical style from Umbria: wooden furniture and wrought iron. A shuttle service from Assisi's or Rome Fiumicino's airports or from Foligno's or Spoleto's train stations is available upon request.
On arrival you'll find the apartments and the room already provided with linen, available are other hotel services as well, like room service or daily cleaning.
Our welcoming is always homely; in winter time you can spend the afternoons sipping a hot before the fireplace, while in summer you can cool down and relax on a tanning bed just after bathing in our swimming pool.
Prices for double bedroom are 25 or 30 euro per person/per night, with breakfast. A half board service is also available, sure enough in the premises there is the "Balestriere" (Crossbowman) Restaurant that offers marinara's and typical Umbria gourmet dishes.
We have been greeted by really nice and kind people, we had a tour of the property; the place is a haven of peace and tranquility, enchanted, the lake and the swimming pool view before the green countryside is magnificent.
Also, you could not imagine how delicious the food is, we had cozze pasta at noon with antipasti such as onion jam (from the vegetable garden) with italian cheese for instance and the most delicious pizza you've ever ate for diner - true napolitan pizza; The service was perfect and the hosts always pleasant.
I really recommend this agriturismo if you want to spend some day in a typical enchanted italian place. Enjoy!
