In a fantastic location in the heart of Marylebone Village, moments from the eclectic shops and eateries on Marylebone High Street, and a five minute walk to Oxford Street, this good sized room for one is on the second floor of a beautiful three storey period building.
The room comprises a comfortable single bed, built -in wardrobe and shelves, desk and chair, LCD/TV, WiFi, IPOD dock, bedding, towels and a hair dryer.
The set-up of the house: there are 5 rooms in total for guests, and each room has its own lock and is independent of the other rooms, so that each guest is free to come and go as they please without disturbing the others.
There are two shower rooms and WCs and a fitted kitchen in the building, to share with other guests.
Apart from their own room, guests will have access to the guest kitchen and the two guest bathrooms.
Interaction with Guests
I'm always available on email/txt/phone, but although I am often there,I don't live in the building.

Other Things to Note
Check in is from 14:00 to 22:00.
I'm sorry but if you arrive after 22:00 there won't be anyone available to give you access, so you will have to check in the following morning from 09:00.
No guests please, the accommodation is only suitable for one person, thanks!
I was met at the flat at the specified time and shown around, and instructed on how everything works. So from a logistics standpoint - I was very impressed.
The flat is perfectly located. This is a fabulous part of town. Only a short stroll from Oxford Street, and in the neighborhood are loads of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The bed was comfy and the room had everything I needed. There was a laptop and tv - although I didn't use either.
The room was as advertised, and I don't think you can get more value for money that this location. It really is fabulous.
Great location, only 5 minutes walk to the nearest underground station - Bond Street. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes in close location and even downstairs.
Mathew was very friendly and showed everything in the apartment. Would stay again.
The room is exactly as in the pictures: nice, clean and petite. The house is distributed over 2 floors with rented out rooms. Therefore, more than an Airbnb experience it is a kind of bed and breakfast. The kitchen and the 2 bad rooms are OK. The only improvement from my point of view is that when other guests are taking a shower the boiler makes noise and you can hear it from the room. The neighborhood is perfect: nice restaurants and shops, close to the tube and in the city center.
Perfect location for the course I was doing in the area. Very central to everything yet on a quiet street. The room was comfortable and indeed cosy. I appreciated having a desk but also welcomed watching some tv in bed. Very clean and all amenities. Paula and Matt were both very approachable and on hand if anything was needed. I really enjoyed my stay while training. I would recommend anyone traveling on their own to stay here.
Excellent hosts. Local contact Matthew was very amenable, flexible and helpful. Five stars all round.
Freundlicher Empfang. Gute zentrale Lage, was genau meinen Anforderungen entsprach. Ich konnte die Weiterbildung in 25 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Unkompliziert auch die Abreise.
This cozy flat in Marylebone was ideal for my traveling needs. As a female traveling alone I always felt safe here, even at night. The location is just perfect! There's so much to do in the area. The flat is basic but has some added extras that you wouldn't find at other bnb places: cable tv, a full kitchen, and private access. I never met Paula but she ways always reachable. Matthew was just a gem! He carried all 50lbs of my American luggage up two flights of stairs with eagerness. I absolutely loved this place. My only regret is that I didn't discover it sooner and only spent 3 nights here instead of my two weeks total London. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in London.
