-An additional pull-out queen size sofa bed in the entry living room can sleep two more if the group is flexible. This living room does have a sliding barn door.
-2 full bathrooms with restored claw foot tubs- perfect for relaxing baths on cold nights! Note that only one of the bathrooms has a shower the other tub.
-large living room with wood burning stove- a cozy atmosphere for movies on a large flat screen TV! Roku is available to stream Netflix, Hulu or Amazon instant video. Also a small project with projector screen is available for use just inquire.

The western Catskills area is known for its woods, waterfalls, hiking trails and rolling hills. You can find many great outdoor activities as well as quaint towns to explore.
The house is about a 2.5 hr drive from GWB and about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Delhi downtown lined with antique shops, coffee shops and few local restaurants. You can also find a large grocery store in town and a smaller organic store which sells local meats and produce. 30 minute drive to downtown Andes, 30 minutes to Oneonta and 45 mins to Cooperstown and the Ommegang Brewery!

Together with my husband Steve, an architect and our good friend Bing, a botanical enthusiast, we own this beautiful farmhouse in the Catskills home to our many creative projects and perfect retreat to slow down from busy city live and enjoy good times with our family and friends.
