This beautiful modern, quiet, 1 bedroom apartment is a gem in the Art District of the city. Furnished in a modern condo style, with modern “vacation” conveniences such as wireless internet, cable television, iron, dishwasher etc. The unit is bright with large windows, and a quaint balcony off the bedroom. In the summer time, you can relax on the private rooftop patio. The unit is on the third floor of a four floor walk-up building. You forget that you are in the middle of the city when you are in this suite.
I understand the need for flexibility in traveling, so a “day” for me is 24hrs with check in and check out at 11:00 am. I am however flexible, so as long as it does not interfere with my next guest, we can discuss your desired time of arrival and departure, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
The biggest rule is that there is No Smoking. This includes the hallway of the building, the unit, and the balcony.
In consideration of allergies of other guests, there are no pets allowed.

This condo comes with all the amenities you find in a home. All bedding, including pillow protectors and blankets, is washed between guests. The master bedroom has a queen size pillow top mattress along with high end linens and towels. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The sofa in the living room is extra large, and can be converted into a single bed and 3 seat sofa. There is also a blow-up queen mattress set that can be made available upon request. Overall the apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people with the use of the air mattress. It is best suited for and priced for 2 people.

This gem is around the corner from the famous Drake Hotel, walking distance to the CNE and BMO Field, and the lakefront trails. Also within walking distance is a choice of grocery stores, liquor and beer stores, and endless trendy restaurants... Thai, Ethiopian, Indian, Caribbean, Italian...What’s your flavour?
The condo is halfway between Queen and King Streets, and both streets have a 24 hour streetcar (tram) line that take you right into downtown in 8 minutes, or you can walk. The streetcar line(tram) located on King St takes you to the downtown core allowing easy access to Union & St Andrew`s Station- connection for subway, GO bus & train, Via Rail, and to Greyhound bus station. Overall, it is a perfect place to stay whether for business or a vacation.

The AirBnB map sometimes shows the wrong location of the condo. It is located on Laidlaw St. in Toronto.
I do not take short term bookings more than 2 months in advance. (I don't know my schedule that far in advance)

The condo is not suitable for any kind of Party. Small group entertaining, (around 6 people in total) is ok. If you are celebrating something and expect to be entertaining a group, please ask for approval before booking.
Within a week before your arrival, you will receive parking instructions, entrance and locking up instructions.
The garage door opener must be left in the apartment upon departure.
-leave dirty towels in the bath tub or with the sheets on the bed
-Sweep the floor and wipe the kitchen counter
-if there are dishes, start the dishwasher (no need to empty it)
-I do not charge a cleaning fee, so please leave the unit as clean as you found it.
GARBAGE days are Monday and Thursday. Put the garbage outside beside the main door to the complex by 7:30 am. I will dispose of any garbage left over in the unit once you leave.
Occupancy is no more than 4, but the unit is best suited for 2 guests.
Use of the property is for the guest making the reservation. (You may not reserve the property for another person)
Lost keys will be reimbursable at $25.
Un-returned garage door opener will be charged at $40 per day until returned (Up to 3 days)
Guest(s) agree to report any damages to the suite as well as furniture, fixtures, and appliances during their stay.
Just a final note...The condo is decorated in a neutral fashion without many personal items around, so guests feel at home. It is however, indeed my HOME when I am not away at work. Please show it the respect you expect if you had a guest in your home.

Angela was detailed, kind, patient and accommodating. We accidentally left something in the unit and she graciously arranged for us to retrieve the item after our stay. Wonderful place, clean and in a vibrant and colourful location.

Pegar o streetcar para o centro e todos os outros lugares foi muito fácil. O apartamento tem uma decoração clean, exatamente como mostram as fotos. Recomendo este local com certeza.

Angela was a great host. She was always very handy when we needed something. She was very flexible with our check-in time (letting us check in early in the morning) and with the check-out time.
The apartment was really very comfortable, with anything we could need during our stay.
We really loved the neighborhood. Very nice condos, in a very quiet street. Ideal for those who are sensitive to noises during the night (like me!).
Very well located, close to two important avenues where we could easily get a tram and be in downtown in a couple of minutes!

Our stay was amazing. The location is (email hidden)ose to the streetcar and a short trip to downtown Toronto. Angela was really easy to work with and had everything set up for us. We had everything we needed and everything was exactly as it was described. We hope to go back again next year.
This apartment is in an excellent location, 5 minute's walk from Queen St West & Dufferin. Angela's directions were clear and accurate. No problems with entry or departure. In this neighbourhood, the parking spot is an extra bonus. Cozy place. Overall a good stay.
