This home is right in the heart of all of the activity the beach has to offer and also boasts a cowboy pool in the back yard with a deck, charcoal grill and hammocks! All 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of this 1300 sq ft home has been uniquely designed to give all 11 guests ample room and comfort to enjoy your beach vacation in style! Simply bring your bathing suit and flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!

Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.

Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Guests must reach out to the host before booking if they are bringing a trailer to ensure parking accommodations.
Backyard/courtyard is shared with other guests.
You will have to walk up 2 sets of stairs to get onto the property from the street where you park.
We provide a beach wagon, beach towels, and beach umbrella but not beach chairs at this time. Guests can rent the beach chairs from the vendors that are on the beach if needed.
Thursdays is when the pool technician services the pool.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

I am a Floridian through and through! Born and raised here. I gave up my career as a banker in 2019 and my wife left her career in 2021 to travel and create memories with our family. We are on a mission to visit all the National Parks in our lifetime. We are almost a quarter of the way to accomplishing that! I love the beach, surfing, all things involving the water and outdoors!
