Bondi Beach lifestyle at its best

The space

Come stay in Bondi Beach in your very own private attic conversion. With views over Bondi Beach and the city of Sydney it is 34 square metres with your own living room, bathroom, bedroom and balcony.

Just 2 years young, so all is fresh and new, light and airy. Lots of white and lots of wood. The shared kitchen is downstairs as well as the dining area.

The apartment is only 2 minutes to Bondi Beach perfect for an early morning swim. Buses to Bondi Junction, The City and Watsons Bay come every 5 minutes.

The North Bondi Golf Course is directly opposite (public course) and you can also walk to iconic Icebergs Club, pool or restaurant. If you want spectacular views of the sunrise you can also walk to Ben Buckler lookout.

Hastings Parade is right at the North Bondi shopping centre, which offers a Liquor Store, a Laundry, a Newsagent, Beauty parlour, cafes, fast food chicken shop, pizzeria, a Thai restaurant and take away, a fish restaurant and take away and the very trendy "The Hill Eatery"(excellent food).
The local Grocery store is a combined green grocer, delicatessen and general store.

This place is a great location in Bondi Beach. Nice cafes outside the apartment. Basic, but clean and comfortable and a great, free-bookdrop just outside as well as a grocery store. And the bus stop is across the street! Irmgard does not intrude on your privacy, which was nice.

Irmgard's place is in the perfect location for public transportation (333) and beach lovers alike! You can explore the city or stay right there and explore everything Bondi has to offer. What a beautiful home and area! Do the coastal walk if you get a chance, it's breath taking.

Irmgard was a fantastic host. Very knowledgeable about things to do in Sydney and very considerate about making sure I was always comfortable during my stay. The top floor has a great rooftop and you can shower with a view of the ocean. Great interior decor as well. Scandinavian chic! Thank you :)

Irmgard's place was exactly as depicted and we had an amazing stay in her attic. The views were fantastic! The location was close to everything we needed and the bus line to the city is very close. Irmgard was very kind and she helped us with the bus schedule and provided us info on the ferries. My husband and I highly recommend her place!

Irmgard's place is about a 2 minute walk to Bondi Beach. You can also see the beach from the roof terrace which has seating and a table so you can enjoy your own private outdoor space. Indoors, there is a sitting room with a TV as-well-as a nice sized bathroom and a cozy bed area. We loved exploring the area. Public transportation is less than a minute away. I would not bring a car. Dining and shopping are easy walks from here. Irmgard was very accommodating to our schedule and we were able to come and go as needed. She is very comfortable to chat with.

I only wish I would have found this quaint little place sooner. Every thing about my stay at Irmgard's was brilliant. The quiet private attic bed room under the skylight, where I got some much needed sound sleep, the sun filled private bath, pretty the sitting room with the flat screen and comfy chairs, and last but not least, the sun deck with views to the City and Bondi Beach. You walk out the door of the apartment building, and with literally 50 steps you are on a number of busses that take you anywhere, down 100 more steps to the beach, and just as convenient are trendy Bondi cafes and restaurants, grocery stores, laundry, and pharmacy. Irmgard was very sweet, as was her son who offered to carry my laundry to the cleaners, and one feels right at home in their home. One of my very best Air BNB experiences. Thank you! I will be back!

This was my very first time using AirBnB to book my accommodations. It was also my first time in Sydney. Irmgard was a very kind host and answered my inquiries even before my arrival. My arrival and departure from the city was smooth. The place was absolutely beautiful! My absolute favorite was the bedroom. It was pleasant waking up with the mild sunlight streaming in in the morning. Irmgard provided me with some items she thought I might need such as umbrella and a map of the city. I took her advice for what to do in the city as well and she even offered to drive me around some neighborhoods nearby Bondi on our way to Watsons Bay. I hope to return again and stay at her place. North Bondi is a stunning neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops! Thank you, Irmgard!

I love Sydney and the spot where I live. My 32 year old son still lives with me as so many young people in big cities do these days. And who would move if you lived mso close from all the beaches...
I offer 2 places on airbnb - the attic in Bondi and a small room in Vaucluse.
I came to Australia 37 years ago and still go home at least once a year to do a bit of exploring, which I missed out on because I left when I was only 20.
I love to relax with a good movie or book when I get home from a stressful 9-5 job in the city. But no complaints - I work in the travel industry and "if I can't go there myself, at least I can talk about it" with other travel minded people.
Clean, tidy and cozy is my motto for creating a welcoming atmosphere and a comfortable stay.
welcome to Bondi!!
