Parker is a truly welcoming host and an expansive spirit. Their house is compact, cozy, clean, and comfortable. Like other Buffalo natives who've stayed here and written reviews, we knew how central the house was and how serene the neighborhood is (in Buffalo we say everything is 20 minutes away, this place actually is-- to downtown, the waterfront, hip Elmwood Village restos and shops, malls, nearby restaurants and bakeries, the Thruway and Niagara Falls). Parker was there when we arrived, offered ample breakfast fixings, and texted to see if we needed anything
A sweet, cozy house, perfect for our family stay. Parker is an enthusiastic and gracious host, helpful and communicative throughout. Breakfast goodies were indeed a thoughtful touch. It was a pleasure.
This place is a little treasure tucked away in a warm, nice neighborhood. It's close to the airport and not far from the Falls. Parker was really thoughtful keeping out brochures that we could look at, stocking the fridge up and leaving us a super, well-equipped kitchen. He was nice enough to give up suggestions of places to dine at and we loved it! Definitely recommend this place!!
For being first timers in Buffalo, this house was a decent place to stay in a nice neighborhood. It even felt more like we were staying at a relative's house, so it was cozy. All the amenities were there, (except a hair dryer) but we were fine without it since we only stayed for one night. The house also at first was hard to spot at night because the address to the house is written in words. For example, "418" was written on the house as "Four Eighteen". Other than that, my friends and I saved money by staying here. Plus it was close to the airport and Ralph Wilson stadium, where we watched a football game that same day. Overall it was at a convenient location for us (4 ppl), had comfy beds, and the heater worked wonderful for the cold night. Can't complain, and we had no trouble accessing everything in the house.
Great place with a quiet neighborhood, very friendly & helpful host. Perfect for 4 people, could do 6 with an air bed. Beautiful house and Parker was fantastic with stocking the kitchen with eggs, bread, etc. for breakfast during our stay.
very nice comfortable and super quiet place to stay host was excellent attentive and available to answer any questions that came up hestocked the place with fruit, milk, eggs, and other essentials for breakfast clean sheets, towels etc. i recommend the place highly.
