Lovely bedroom and very friendly hostess. House is walking distance to Salthill's shops, restaurants and seafront promenade but too far to walk to town so google bus timetables!
Kathryn was very friendly and helpful!
We decided to stay in Galway for two nights and do the Cliffs of Moher Tour. Since we arrived late on the first night, Kathryn booked the tour for us, and the bus picked us up in front of the house in the next morning.
The house is great! Exactly as described, really close to the bus station, and the breakfast couldn't be any better.
We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's, and totally recommend!
Kathryn a mis à notre disposition son agréable intérieur... "very cosy", associé à une belle touche décorative.
Kathryn was a wonderful host. Her home was beautiful, and she cooked us a great breakfast in the morning. She also helped us figure out travel arrangements for the rest of our trip and gave us great directions on how to get to town and what to do when we were there. She was incredibly helpful and generous to us during our entire stay.
We had such a lovely time in Galway. Kathryn took a very last minute booking and she was so accomadating. The house was perfect. We were close to salt hill prom where we enjoyed walking in Saturday afternoon. It's a perfect spot to enjoy time in Galway city.
It was so nice to meet and stay with Kathryn! She was extremely welcoming, really friendly, and great to talk to. She also has a very sweet dog who was fun to play with! Her home is really lovely and is in an excellent part of town. It was only about a 5 minute walk down to the ocean where there were lots of great restaurants. And it's only a few minutes drive into the Galway City Centre. It was fantastic! I was only supposed to stay there one night but I enjoyed it so much, I ended up staying for two! Kathryn is very accommodating and a wonderful host. I would absolutely stay there again!

Hi my name is Kathryn! I am a mature student at my local University. I love to walk our beautiful promenade, hike in connemara, cycle around the city and attend my local gym. Galway is the cultural capital of Ireland and I am an enthusiastic follower of the theatre, the wonderful music scene and all that the arts have to offer. In my down time I cook, bake and spend enjoyable hours in my garden. I love to meet new and interesting people. My home is warm, welcoming and open to you. I look forward to meeting you, hearing about your life and culture...please come and visit and share your experiences with us!
