Nestled among the live oaks, this spacious 2/2 has nice views of the sunset from the 3rd floor. Quiet, end unit with marsh views. 2 balconies! Across the street from the beach, Ocean Annies and all that Shore Drive has to offer! This complex has a community pool, grilling area and washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. Full kitchen has a dishwasher! Sleeps 6 if you use the pull-out sofa bed. We also offer a pack-n-play for families with a baby. Linens provided. Must be 24 yrs old to rent.

The space
Beachy themed cottage styled home in a great little community with a seasonal pool and walking distance to the beach. We offer free parking for up to two cars. There is no elevator so you will have to climb stairs.. but the view is great from up here :) From the balcony you can see lots of different types of birds, enjoy the different colors of the sunset over the marsh, watch the stars at night, and listen to the ocean waves roll in. Use one of the on-site grills or grab take-out from one of the many eateries nearby. There's enough dining space for the whole family to enjoy some meals, if you decide to stay in and cook a meal in the full sized kitchen!

The whole space is yours, with the exception of the locked owner's closets.

Other things to note
The glass on the balconies are a little foggy from moisture (but they are clean!). The furniture on the balconies may vary from photos. There is no elevator.

-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.

-We provide a starter pack only of toiletries.

-Pest control comes on the 3rd Thursday of Feb, April, June, August, October, and December. Please do not refuse their service.
