No pets are allowed
No smoking of any kind inside the house is allowed
No candles are allowed except for a birthday cake candle
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except the garage, outdoor storage shed and a few locked closets.
Other things to note
We welcome responsible families or a group of responsible adults who are all 25 years of age or older. We don't allow partying. No pets. No smoking of any kind inside the house. No glass in the pool area including in the pool or hot tub for safety reasons.
Please remember to shower and rinse off before and after use of the hot tub and pool for your health safety and in order to keep the hot tub and pool clean for future guests checking in.
If the hot tub cannot be treated with chemicals only due to excessive dirt, sun tan lotions, perfumes, colognes, and other oils, or if filters and chlorine floats are removed, resulting in gray or green murky water, guests will be charged an additional $300 for the hot tub to be drained, scrubbed, and refilled.
Children under the age of 13 should not be in the hot tub due to the sensitivity of the chemicals on the skin of children. Excessive use of the hot tub may result in rashes and or skin irritation. 36 Grandview does not take liability for any irritations due to rules not being followed.
