Historic Brick Townhouse in the heart of downtown. The Hill Family occupied this home for almost 85 years. Recently renovated with all of the modern amenities, you'll love the 1900s charm of this home with its fireplaces, transom windows, and exposed brick. A 5 minute walk will take you to the Yuengling Brewery Tour and downtown area, which includes a coffee shop, bakeries, museums, shopping, and several restaurants. A short drive to Vraj Temple, hiking, wineries, and golf courses.

The space
This 135 year old home has some beautiful features. Our favorites are the high ceilings, transom windows in each of the bedrooms, the beautiful walnut banister on the main staircase, a second staircase from the kitchen to the second floor, marble fireplace mantels, and exposed brick.

Guest access
There is a parking garage directly across the street that is free after 5pm and on the weekends. During the week, parking costs approximately $1/hour or $8/day. Use the ParkMobile app to pay for parking. There is also a cobblestone paver parking spot directly behind the house that is most suitable for SUVs. Cars with low ground clearance are not suitable to park here.

Neighborhood highlights

A quick 5-minute walk will take you to Yuengling Brewery. After, you can visit one of the many restaurants including one of the top 10 pizza joints in Pennsylvania, Roma Pizzeria. Some of my other favorite downtown places to visit, include: Pressed Coffee & Books, Drasdis & Sons, Mud & Maker, Crimson House, Black Rock Brewing, Pilgher Ruh Brewing, and Jerry's Museum. The downtown area is very walkable and has beautiful architecture.
