A charming Aeolian-style three bedrooms villa with stunning seaviews and ample terraces.
Located on the smallest and most fascinating of the Aeolian Islands, Panarea, our Villa is a traditional and charming seaside accommodation. Its ample terraces offer a stunning view on the nearby islands of Dattilo and Basiluzzo, as well as on the volcanic island of Stromboli, which often offers the show of its eruptions.
The house is built on three levels, each with a terrace facing the sea. At the entrance of the house is a little garden leading to the living room, which opens on the main terrace. The terrace is covered by a bamboo canopy and is surrounded by traditional Aeolian white benches, built in the walls themselves. In front of it is a second terrace for sunbathing, with chaise longues and a comfortable built-in sofa.
Going down one level is the master bedroom and the kitchen, opening on a covered terrace where to dine al fresco. A custom made cast iron and volcanic stone table easily accommodates up to 10 guests. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and an elegant cast iron canopy bed.
Further down are the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom, opening on small private garden. The first bedroom has both a double (king-size) and a single bed, while the second has two single beds.
The villa is optimally located within reach of all the island's amenities yet in a quiet position: the port, centre of the local life with shops, bars and restaurant, is just 10-15 minutes walking. The sea can be reached in just a few minutes through a nearby path, and a boat rental service is available upon request. Just around the corner from the Villa is a traditional Trattoria, where it is possible to taste all the most delicious Italian and Aeolian dishes.
Check-in and check out times are to be arranged in advance in accordance with your estimated arrival on the island.
