  • Position was good, if a bit bleak , and the apartment block was similarly austere. The apartment itself was nice and well equipped but the furnishing a little cheap and flimsy. That said it was good value for money so we were not at all disappointed. For the price we would recommend this.

  • 300 Massachusetts was an absolute dream location to stay! I could not recommend it highly enough.

This was my first AirBnB experience and it truly felt like (email hidden) hotel. The building has a 24/7 concierge service, gorgeous lobby, and independent parking garage right downstairs.

The rooftop lounge, heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and you can even see the capitol building from the rooftop! There were very few hotels that even offered heated pool and hot tubs in the DC area.

The apartment was just as it looks in the pictures very airy & spacious and it was nice that it had two bathrooms. It was very clean and had a comfortable bed - bringing our own toiletries was no bother as I prefer my own anyway.

The only odd thing was that the owner arrived outside the door promptly at check out time 12pm as we were collecting our bags and walking out at 12:05pm but other than that our stay was wonderful.

I would highly recommend the 300 Massachusetts listing as well as working with Bryan and his team who were always accessible to us.

Thanks for making our DC trip a wonderful experience!

  • Very nice flat in central Washington. Loved the pool and hot tub on roof. Was convenient to walk to museums, Capitol building etc
Lots of reasonable restaurants in Chinatown. Also nice cinema there! Pharmacy just across road sells basic foodstuffs for breakfast. Other residents young but apartment was quiet and convenient. Would recommend to anyone looking for alternative to hotel.

  • We really enjoyed the space! It was close to so many things. The apartment was exactly as shown, had a great rooftop desk, workout room and pool. There were a few places right downstairs to eat and drink. Everything was super easy (check-in, passes, parking, etc).

  • Bryan's loft was great! ~ especially the common roof top pool, lounge area and hot tub. I would have taken the yoga class Thursday night if I arrived earlier. Super close to tourist attractions and great pizza place downstairs. Thanks Bryan.

  • A great place! Convenient to everything. Easy check in/out. Loved the loft. It was very nice and clean. Great, too, for a guitar player like me as Bryan had 5 guitars hanging on the wall going up the stairs. The concierge people were very nice. I enjoyed my stay and will be back!
