Guest access
As our guest, you will have full access to the entire house and attached garage, with the exception of one locked room in the basement.
You are welcome to enjoy all designated outdoor areas on the property, including open fields, walking paths, and outdoor seating spaces. However, please carefully observe the following guidelines:
🐟 The pond is open for catch-and-release fishing only. Bass and bluegill are available for quiet, recreational enjoyment.
🛑 Swimming in the pond is not permitted for safety reasons.
🐝 Bees are active on the property during warmer months. Please observe them only from a safe distance.
🏡 The windmill house, the barn with the surrounding garden area are private and strictly off-limits to guests. These areas are used for family and maintenance purposes.
🚫 Please remain strictly within the property boundaries. Entering neighboring land, driveways, or fields is not allowed under any circumstances and may result in complaints or early termination of the stay.
We ask that all guests use good judgment and stay aware of their surroundings while on the property. Your cooperation helps us maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for everyone.

If guests decide to venture beyond the 10-acre paradise of EDEN, there are several attractions nearby that are worth exploring. Just a short drive away, guests can catch a performance at the Woodstock Opera House, which is located 9 miles away and takes approximately 15 minutes to reach. Alternatively, they can take a stroll on the charming town square in the city where Groundhog Day was filmed.
For those interested in outdoor activities, there are several options available within a short drive from EDEN. Guests can visit the beaches, golf courses, or shops in Fontana on Geneva Lake, which is located 15 miles away and takes approximately 23 minutes to reach. Lake Geneva, WI, is also nearby and offers plenty of attractions, such as beaches, golf courses, shops, and restaurants. It is located 25 miles away and takes approximately 35 minutes to reach.
For winter sports enthusiasts, Mountain Top Ski & Adventure Center is a great option located 28 miles away, and it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach. Another option is Alpine Valley, which is located 35 miles away and takes approximately 47 minutes to reach.
