This beautifully designed first floor apartment is in York's most exclusive neighbourhood, with 2 king-size beds, luxurious fixtures and fittings throughout and a few steps away from some of the Cities best restaurants and bars this is a must visit apartment. The hardest part of your stay will be when you have to leave.

The space
This modern, spacious duplex apartment was newly converted in 2021, with modern furnishings and king size beds, As you enter the hallway you'll see to your right, a welcoming open plan, kitchen, dining and living area. With L-shape sofa bed to sleep 2, wall mounted Smart TV, beautifully staged display shelving and coffee table. There is a dining table to seat 4. Stylish royal blue kitchen with a oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. There is a variety of glassware, crockery and cookware provided..

There is a luxurious marble effect, tiled shower room with double shower unit, floating vanity basin, light up mirror and WC. The first bedroom houses a comfy king-size bed with velvet effect headboard, contemporary accents give this room a welcoming feel. Up one flight of stairs to the second floor is another king size bedroom, wall mounted smart TV. Ensuite, light and airy shower room.

Hair dryers, Iron & ironing board, bed linen and towels are all provided.

1 cot bed per stay at request. Cot bedding and linen is not provided. There is no lift within this building. Due to the locality in the heart of a busy high street some ambient city noise may be heard.

Bishopthorpe Road offers an eclectic mix of local retailers, with an array of bars, exceptional brunch, lunch and dinner restaurants and cafes you'll be spoilt for food choices within a few feet from the apartment. If you fancy a walk during your stay both Rowntree Park and York Racecourse are a short wander away by the River Ouse. Heading in the other direction over Skeldergate Bridge, you'll be greeted by stunning river views, Clifford's Tower and the City walls.
