Beautiful and peaceful canal view from the living room to the master bedroom. Come relax indoors or outdoors on the dockside that overlooks the canal. Easy to get around and only 3 miles to beautiful Siesta Key beach! Boat rental available next door, and many different stores in the plaza out front that’s within walking distance.

The space
The living room looks right into the canal. Two bedroom one bath and a Pull out sofa. Second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom has 3 steps into the bathroom. This unit is located on the ground floor only. Wi-fi included. Backyard has a dock and grill. Washer/dryer in the garage. This is a downstairs unit only, there are other units nearby on the same property.

Guest access
The deck with patio chairs and a grill that is all available for usage. You have access to the garage which is where the washer/dryer are. There is another small garage with paddle boards and beach chairs.

Other things to note
There is a boat ramp on the property where you can bring a boat or jet ski. If the boat is under 20ft the charge is $15 daily. If the boat is over 20ft the charge is $20 daily. This must be paid cash within the first day of arrival. If booking is for 7 Days or more there is a 50% discount on Docking.
