Nice place in a great part of town. The negative for us (two guys) was that the sofa bed is broken and not usable. The second night they gave us an air mattress which was not great.

Eric's place was tucked away, just a few minutes walk from the downtown plaza area. It was clean and beautiful; I would definitely stay here again!

There is dust and construction taking place right off the balcony. Lots of dust. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep in or are a light sleeper. The hill is not a problem. Maybe twenty feet of walking up hill.
