🌸Just one mile from historic Middleburg, our newly renovated tractor barn sits on 66 peaceful acres. You’ll enjoy the perfect mix of countryside charm and quick access to town. The home has high end finishes and modern sophistication for the person who want to be in the country but doesn't want to give up luxury.

🐮 The farm is home to over 18 sweet animals—including rare mini-Highland cows and mini donkeys—ready to be admired from outside the pastures. Guests are welcome to explore the walking trails and farmland, but please respect our animals’ space and do not feed them.

🌿 While we love welcoming guests, please remember this is a private farm. Access to the trails, pastures, and animals is for registered guests of the farm only—enjoy wandering and admiring from the designated areas. Please also respect other guests’ privacy by not walking near or looking into the windows of other homes.

🌿 Our property has peaceful walking trails, wide open pastures with our sweet animals, and a gorgeous stable. Guests are welcome to enjoy the farmland—just not inside the pastures. Please don’t feed the animals, but feel free to admire them from outside the fences. For their safety, no pets are allowed.

🐑 Out of respect for other guests, please don’t walk up to or peek into the windows of the other Airbnb spaces.
