This 1/1 private bedroom is the perfect accommodation for a single or couple visiting Telluride, who wants to be close to everything and have amenities!

You’ll have your own private entrance, kitchenette, and storage area outside of the bedroom.

Park your car in your own covered spot, enjoy the pool and hot tub, and long-term renters (7 days or more) have complimentary laundry access!

The space
This is a one bedroom, one bathroom that has a separate entrance and is locked off from a larger condo. This room is only available when the rest of the condo is unavailable for rent, due to owner occupancy.

The bedroom features mountain views, a Queen bed, walk-in shower, Roku TV, and high-speed internet.

The unit also includes a mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig, and microwave. Glasses, plates, and utensils are also provided.

Guest access
You'll have private access to your bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. If you're staying longer than 7 days, you'll have access to the washer and dryer in the other side of the condo!

You may also use the community pool, hot tub, and bike racks.

You may also use the private ski locker, assigned to the unit.

During your stay
Kristin will provide you with coffee, toiletries, and clean towels and linens throughout your stay. If you need extra storage space, you can ask Kristin for more, although the unit provides plenty!

Kristin will help you make reservations, suggest restaurants, hikes, ski instructors and runs, and anything you need to make your Telluride experience perfect!

Other things to note
As you'll have your own private entrance, bedroom, and bath, the remainder of the condo will be occupied by the owner, a single female (Kristin). She will help you with anything you need during your stay!
