I spent a wonderful 4 weeks at Sarah's place. The room is spacious, clean and beautiful, and Sarah has covered everything from top to bottom. The whole experience just could not be better! And I really have to mention that Sarah really cares about her guest. I just moved down to this area for my new job and do not have a vehicle. Sarah offered to pick up from the bus station when it became too dark to walk or bike. Thanks to Sarah, I begin to feel a sense of belonging in Carlsbad. :)
Sarah was a gracious hostess. The space was immaculate. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio. Sarah also provided a wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
My experience staying with the hostess was wondrfull. She was gracious, informative, available when needed. The establishment was impeccably clean and quiet. Access to the main freeway was easily accessible. The hostess had a foresight to offer or acquire anything that one might need for the stay. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay that fit my needs.
Sarah was en excellent host! The space was very private, close to Encinitas, with great roads for driving, and a health food store less than 5 minutes away. I will definitely return to there next time I get the chance.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. The room with attached full bath is immaculate, spacious, well appointed, and the bed totally comfortable. Sarah’s a gracious host. Her kitchen is open to full use and the breakfast offerings make staying here a true B&B experience, adding great value to this lodging. Access to the back patio’s comforts are another plus. Not to mention she’s right up the hill from a Starbucks :). Total perfection.
Spending the week at Sarah's condo was an awesome experience! She is five miles from the beach and the neighborhood is beautiful! Her place is very cozy. The bedroom is cute, comfortable, and very spacious. The attached bathroom was also spacious and very clean. Sarah is very personable, yet respectful of your personal space. She is extremely accommodating and checked with me prior to arriving, asking what I liked to have for breakfast. It was a thoughtful touch, and I really appreciated it.I felt welcomed at all times and would definitely recommend staying here!
About the Host, Sarah
I am a busy working gal who likes to work out at a gym in the mornings before heading to work. I enjoy my free time reading, going to movies, getting together with friends and family. My kids are grown and out of the nest.
I lead a fairly uncomplicated and quiet life and have had short stays with me before airbnb. I had a student from France for several months who studied at the GIA .Since then, I have had a variety of renters and have enjoyed them all. It seems everyone so far that has stayed with me has had a purpose in that they were either doing an internship, a meditation class at the Chopra Center or short term work. I've really enjoyed the visits so far. And yet I do feel that everyone has been comfortable at my place and I have been very comfortable with the guests. I like to tell all guests, "mi casa es su casa" and make yourself at home!
I respect others privacy and space.
